We scan lenders and structures to shortlist options that fit how you live. Rates, features, offsets and future what-ifs included. You’ll get a clear side-by-side comparison and a recommendation.

Once you give the green light, we prepare the application, help gather supporting docs, and submit.

We liaise with the lender, conveyancer and agents to reach settlement smoothly. On the day, funds are released and you’re good to go with no surprises.

Twice-yearly reviews to keep your setup aligned across market moves, rate changes and new goals. If a better structure appears, we’ll show you exactly what it looks like.

01What does a mortgage broker do?+

We compare lenders, structure your loan, prepare your application and manage it through to settlement so you get the right setup without the legwork.

02Do I pay you for your service?+

No. We’re paid by the lender after settlement. That doesn’t increase your rate or fees — lenders price loans the same whether you go direct or through a broker.

We disclose all commissions in writing upfront.

03Are you tied to any bank or influenced by commissions?+

No. We’re independent of any single lender and act under the Best Interests Duty, recommending what’s right for you, not for the bank.

04How much deposit do I need?+

Most lenders start from 5–20% deposit (plus costs). Below 20% may require LMI, or we can explore guarantor options to help you reach your goal faster.

05What documents do I need to apply?+
  • ID (driver licence or passport)
  • Recent payslips or tax returns (if self-employed)
  • Bank statements and existing loan details
  • Contract of sale (if purchasing)
06What is pre-approval and how long does it last?+

Pre-approval gives you a conditional “yes” based on your profile. It’s usually valid for 60–90 days and can be refreshed easily if your search takes longer.

07Can you help with refinancing or debt consolidation?+

Absolutely. We review your current setup, compare lenders and restructure to save you money or simplify repayments.

08How long does the process take?+

Typically: 1–2 days to chat and plan, 1–2 days to prepare your options, and 1–2 days to submit after receiving your documents. Settlement timing then aligns with your contract.

09Will applying hurt my credit score?+

We compare lenders without credit hits. A single, targeted credit enquiry occurs only when you’re ready to apply.
